These terms and conditions – which may be amended from time to time in accordance with legislative updates in the field of tourism – apply to all services offered by Radikal jetski S.L., whether available through any mobile device, by email, or by phone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications and/or making a reservation, the user declares to be of legal age and to have the necessary legal capacity to be bound by this agreement after having read and understood it.
The User agrees to only use the website for personal use and that any products or services purchased through the platform will be for their own use or consumption or for those persons for whom they are legitimately authorized to act on behalf of. The user will not resell products or services purchased through the website to other individuals and will act in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein.

Radikal jetski S.L offers, through this website, a platform through which excursions and activities of Active Tourism can be purchased and/or reserved.
The User consents to accept and respect the purchase terms and conditions including the payment of any accrued amount(s) and compliance with all rules and limitations regarding the availability of fares, products, or services, and if any, these will be disclosed to the User on the screen before proceeding with the reservation.
Our services are solely for personal and non-commercial use. Therefore, it is not allowed to resell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g., spider, scrape), display, download, or reproduce the content, information, software, products, or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity.
The price to be paid at the establishment may differ from the published price and will be according to the amount agreed by a commercial representative, seller, or according to the amount of offers, promoters, intermediaries, promotions, seasons, volume of purchase, regular customer, resident, or weather conditions at the time.
All our boats only carry out maritime excursions with crew, making stops for lunch and viewing the seabed, and the price includes 7% IGIC.
The rental of jet skis in all its modalities includes 15% IGIC in the price, the rest of the items and services include 7% IGIC in their price.
WARNINGS:
Marine activities are highly subject to weather conditions, especially wind and waves, so the customer must take this into account when making the reservation. It will depend on the prevailing weather at the time whether it can be carried out or not.
Nautical Leisure activities are not suitable for the following persons: Children very sensitive to sea conditions, elderly people, those with mobility difficulties, back problems, muscular problems, neck problems, epilepsy, schizophrenia, anxiety or sea panic, easily prone to seasickness, morbid obesity, people weighing over 140kg, those who have consumed drugs, alcoholic beverages, medications that decrease attention, and anyone who may have their reaction capabilities impaired when entering the marine environment.
– Driving a jet ski. To do this, you must hire the rental and provision of services. There are safety rules of the company that the user must read when hiring these services; they must also enter their personal data and the period of use in the registration book required by law. Upon arrival, we explain some safety rules – It is a guided tour; you must always follow the boat where the monitor will be, it is forbidden to approach the bathing area and other boats, in case of needing help, it will be the company monitor who approaches the client, after the client raises their arms to attract their attention. If the activity is not carried out voluntarily, there is no right to a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1- Once the product purchase is made, you can carry out the activity on the indicated date or change it for another date as long as you communicate it and it can be changed, subject to confirmation by calling +34611376464.
2- If you do not carry out the activity on the indicated date and also do not communicate and request to modify the date, there is a penalty of 100% of it and you cannot claim the refund of the amount paid.
3- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the activity, without refund of the amount paid.
4- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours prior to the activity, penalty of 30% of the amount paid.
5- Cancellation prior to 48 hours, full refund.
